There are some days where I decide to tell here something not really very interesting.
Today it's one of those days. This is like SAMO, as Basquiat used to write off NYC's walls.
(SAMO means Same old shit).

I've finally released my last artwork.
A short-movie called Mercantilisme Humain.

This is a short movie. I do not want to show prostitution for real.
I only want to suggest watchers when they are chosing a girl, or just walking through the streets, and what happens, each night, each evening, in this block. I want to show that we used to do not care about prostitutes, and sex-shops, and sexy-pics. All those things are melting in the daily life. We could be, in the same time, very indifferent to those girls, and very appealing by those beautiful (& *bonne* :p) girls.

I have use some rushes in Pigalle Place & Clichy Blvd, by night, in car.
I have use some pics taken in London, by one of my lovely friend… and shots from *Suicide Girls.com*. Borgo has given me the music, a tunes composed by Clint Mansell, from Pi (movie soundtrack).

I've taken some pics of my body. I was quite naked, only dressed with my underwear clothes.
I want to use some parts of my own body, in order to be more 'involved' in my artwork.
I put some food shots on my body, and i've also done the same things that in my 1st artwork (of the year… the one with Diana, Marylin Monroe, James Dean, and Elvis Presley…).
I've played with the colors and the saturation. It was the funny part of the creation.
This, and when my dad calls me and ask "Is it the 17th Racine Street prostitution-house ?". My friend Morgane was there, because she had to shot me, and she laughed a lot when I appeared to her, dressed like a prostipute. Nice recalls/rememberings/recollections for later. I'll remember all my life those moments.

The purpose of my artwork, is to show that the girl is, at first, like a merchandise. We choose a girl like we choose vegetables in the market. Girls are simply reduced to be only a things we could buy, we could get for money… and then, in the second time, it was for showing that the girl is just a human being, a person who is totally devasted by her job, her clients, all the things she has to do for earning money… Clients, consumers left her after using her in a horrible state. She's considered by consumers like a vegetable or a fruit we peel off before using, eating, and then, you leave all the peels liying on the floor, and the girl too.

This is all the things I've tried to express in my artwork.

I've prefered to use a nice compression. About 18.2 Mo to download.
